19 IP lawyers and professionals move from Budd Larner to Windels Marx

Intellectual property lawyer Andrew Miller has joined Windels Marx as partner, along with his IP law practice group totaling 19 lawyers and professionals.

The group joins Windels Marx from Budd Larner in Short Hills. It includes fellow partners Constance Huttner, Ajay Kayal, Alan Pollack, Frank Rodriguez, Stuart Sender and Louis Weinstein.

Many of them have been practicing together for nearly 20 years.

“We’re thrilled to so significantly expand our practice mix with the arrival of Andy and his deep bench of intellectual property attorneys,” firm-wide Managing Partner Robert Luddy said in a statement. “It compliments well our core strengths in New Jersey including: real estate, banking and financial services, complex insurance matters and health care.”

With the new arrivals, Windels Marx has grown to more than 70 lawyers barred in New Jersey. The 19 IP practice group lawyers and professionals will work out of the firm’s Madison office.
