On Feb. 14, Bussel Realty Corp. announced the sale 175 Lehigh Ave. in Lakewood.
Industrial real estate services firm BRC said President Steve Bussel represented Shore Point Partnership, the seller, in the transaction involving the 52,200-square-foot industrial building.
The buyer, 175 Lehigh LLC, was represented in-house, according to BRC.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Ocean County property is located near Route 9 and the Garden State Parkway. It features 2,500 square feet of office space, 20-foot to 28-foot ceiling heights, six tailboards, one drive-in and parking.
“It was a pleasure to work with Shore Point Partnership, a long-time client of mine, in the sale of 175 Lehigh Ave., an outstanding industrial property investment in a strong Ocean County market,” Bussel said in the announcement.
Earlier in the month, the firm announced it represented e-bike maker VanMoof in its leasing of 16,715 square feet of industrial space in Middlesex County.
