Located just a mile-and-a-half from Exit 40 on Interstate 295, a 30,327-square-foot retail center in Mount Laurel recently sold for $4.9 million.

Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale Nov. 9 for the property located at 3163 Marne Highway in the Burlington County municipality.

A team of Managing Director Andrew Schwartz, Director Jordan Sobel and Senior Associate Andre Balthazard represented the seller in the transaction – Mt. Laurel Center LLC, an affiliate of The Becker Organization – and procured the buyer, 3163 Holdings LLC.

“The property is ideally located in a dynamic area with abundant retail offerings and significant corporate presence,”  Schwartz said in a statement. “The center is anchored by 7-Eleven and benefits from a diversified rent roll from 12 tenants.”

Situated on 4.37 acres of land, the complex includes 157 parking spaces.
