Actavis, Valeant announce marketing deal

Actavis Inc., in Parsippany, announced today it will exclusively market a generic version Zovirax for Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc.In addition, Valeant has granted Actavis the exclusive right to co-promote Zovirax cream to obstetricians and gynecologists in the United States, and Actavis has granted Valeant the exclusive right to co-promote its Cordran product in the United States. Terms were not disclosed.
