ADP acquires Celergo

ADP say this acquisition extends its footprint and brings with it more than 200 multi-national client relationships and a talented team with significant experience in multi-country payroll. Meanwhile, enhancing the company’s international payroll offerings with new solutions including cross-currency and expatriate payment systems.

Celergo offers multi-country payrolls in 150 countries combining a proprietary cloud-based technology platform with a local provider network to enable timely, accurate and compliant payroll. 

According to Celergo the multi-country payroll outsourcing market is worth more than $3 billion as companies seek greater visibility over global workforces, while managing compliance elements of multi-country payrolls.
