Advance Realty completes significant lease activity in Florham Park

Real estate firm Advance Realty on Thursday announced significant leasing activity at the Florham Park Corporate Center, a Class A office space in Florham Park.Advance Realty manages the property on behalf of the owner, Strategic Capital Partners.

Colliers International’s team of Bryn Cinque, executive managing director, and James Bailey, managing director, represented Advance and SCP in the following transactions that totaled approximately 16,500 square feet:

  • Information Builders, a software company, signed a lease totaling 3,028 square feet of space.  Philip Dwyer, owner of PJD Corporate Realty, represented the tenant.
  • J. Anderson & Associates, an executive search firm, signed a lease for 1,907 square feet. Curtis Foster, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield, and Jerry Shifrin, salesperson, represented the tenant.
  • Law firm Green & Savits LLC signed a lease for 2,830 square feet.  Jason Harkavy, associate director of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and Jamie Drummond, senior managing director, represented the tenant.
  • Market Tools, an Internet-based marketing research company, extended its lease on 6,676 square feet of space.  Jon Williams, director of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.
