Alfred Sanzari Enterprises said Sept. 28 that it successfully negotiated a lease renewal at Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights for 6,442 square feet of office space with G3 Communications, the New Jersey operating division of Emerald and a tenant at Heights Plaza since 2016.
The lease renewal will provide G3 Communications with the opportunity to remodel its office to better suit its current and long-term space needs. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings represented the firm and Hope Brodsky and Eric Tomchik of Newmark represented the tenant in the transaction.
Located at 777 Terrace Ave. at the intersection of Interstate 80 and Route 17, Heights Plaza is a six-story, 200,000-square-foot class-A office building with easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Route 46, as well as the New York City metro area via the George Washington Bridge and Lincoln Tunnel.

“The strong renewal activity seen across our portfolio continues to demonstrate the steady demand for modern and accessible office space in the northern New Jersey marketplace,” said Jennings. “We are confident that there are few places better suited for growth-oriented companies than northern New Jersey and we are proud to be able to accommodate the changing needs of Emerald to ensure Heights Plaza continues to provide support for the organization’s ongoing growth.”
“Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Management Team is a pleasure to work with. As the G3 Communications division of Emerald continues to grow, we knew their office space would need to be updated upon the expiration of the lease agreement,” said Stacy Smith, director of Corporate Operations at Emerald. “Working closely with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, we forged an accommodating deal to remodel our office suite to better align with our needs and goals. We are thrilled to be able to upgrade our space while retaining our current location.”
