The office has been a tenant of the six-story building at 777 Terrace Ave. since 2010.
“This renewal highlights the strong demand for modern and accessible medical office space throughout New Jersey’s health care market,” said Alfred Sanzari Vice President of Leasing & Marketing Steve Jennings in a statement.
Heights Plaza is a 200,000-square-foot, Class-A office building featuring covered parking, a full-service cafeteria and additional amenities. It is currently 95% leased.
Dr. Damon Noto’s Spine and Joint Center treats patients with non-surgical techniques ranging from regenerative therapy to injection-based therapy, acupuncture, and other aesthetic services.
“Throughout 2021, Heights Plaza has experienced exceptional tenant retention and we are confident it will remain an ideal location for Dr. Noto’s practice and a convenient location for his patients,” Jennings added.
According to a statement from Noto, Alfred Sanzari’s commitment to the building, along with its location at the intersection of Interstate 80 and Route 17, made “this lease renewal a very easy decision to make.”
