Alfred Sanzari Enterprises on Sept. 21 said Trinity Rehab signed a long-term lease for 4,245 square feet of retail space at Summit Plaza, an 88,000-square-foot shopping complex located at 380 W. Pleasantview Ave. in Hackensack.
Silbert Realty & Management Co. represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and Trinity Rehab in the transaction.
Anchored by a Stop & Shop supermarket, Summit Plaza features a diverse array of tenants including GNC, Harmon Face Values, Great Expressions Dental Centers, Labcorp, The UPS Store, Juicy Platters, metro by T-Mobile, Fresh as a Daisy Cleaners, Wize Guys Pizzeria and Noble Nails & Spa. The property boasts a strategic location at the intersection of Routes 17 and 46 and Interstate 80 and ample parking to ensure ease of access for customers visiting any of the property’s businesses.
With 47 locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Trinity Rehab is one of the area’s fastest-growing outpatient physical therapy providers on the East Coast. Trinity Rehab’s new home at Summit Plaza is the newest addition to the network’s expanding Bergen County footprint that already includes locations in Emerson, Paramus, Wyckoff and Woodcliff Lake. It is scheduled to open in the fall of 2022 in conjunction with the new Whole Foods supermarket.
“We have seen well-located and adaptable retail properties, like Summit Plaza, continue to stand out in a difficult retail market,” said Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “Situated at the intersection to three of Bergen County’s most heavily traveled roads, few retail properties in the area are better located than Summit Plaza. We are honored that Trinity Rehab chose our property to continue their expansion in the Bergen County market and we look forward to building a lasting relationship with them for years to come.”
“Trinity Rehab and Summit Plaza are a perfect match,” said David Greenman, senior vice president at Silbert Realty – and the exclusive broker on both the Trinity and Summit Plaza accounts. “Furthermore, Summit Plaza will afford Trinity Rehab the much sought-after foothold within the growing Hackensack submarket, the County Seat of Bergen County,” he added.
