Ivette Alvarado has joined Sills Cummis & Gross PC in Newark as a member of the firm’s real estate department.
She focuses her practice on matters of commercial real estate, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, finance, condominium, redevelopment and tax incentives.
Alvarado joins Sills Cummis from Gibbons PC, also in Newark, where she practiced for 12 years.
She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and has also handled matters for clients in Latin America and Europe.
