Amerco purchases trio of buildings in Swedesboro

Colliers International recently announced it orchestrated the sale of three buildings between Amerco Real Estate Co., a U-Haul affiliate, from Starwood Property Trust Inc.Colliers International recently announced it orchestrated the sale of three buildings to Amerco Real Estate Co., a U-Haul affiliate, from Starwood Property Trust Inc.

The property, 510 Heron Drive, Swedesboro, was sold for $3.52 million. The three buildings total 126,300 square feet. LNR Property LLC managed the property on behalf of Starwood Property Trust Inc.

“510 Heron Drive is a well-located property with enormous potential for reconfiguration for this user-buyer. We expect to see momentum continue in the year ahead,” said Jacklene Chesler, senior managing director for Colliers International, who led the investment team. 

The three buildings sit on 10.56 acres with close access to Interstate 295, and feature 21 loading docks and five drive-in doors.
