American Bank Note Holographics’ Board Member Resigns

Douglas Crane’s resignation follows the announcement that Crane & Co. plans to sell some or all of its American Bank Note shares to institutional investors.American Bank Note Holographics announced that Douglas Crane has resigned from the board of directors. He joined the board following Crane & Co.”s investment of some $9.3 million for approximately 3.4 million common shares of ABNH stock in June 2000. His resignation follows the announcement that Crane & Co. plans to sell some or all of its American Bank Note Holographics shares directly to institutional investors. American Bank Note Holographics makes and markets holograms that are used for security applications involving products like credit and other transaction cards, and identification cards. The stock closed yesterday at $6.61, near the 52-week high of $6.95 reached on November 25.
