Aqua America appoints president of its N.J. subsidiary

Aqua America Inc. announced Tuesday that it has appointed John Hildabrant president of its Aqua New Jersey subsidiary.The New Jersey-based subsidiary currently provides driving water and wastewater services to approximately 165,000 people in eight counties throughout the Garden State.

Hildabrant has 27 years of experience in water and wastewater operations and management. He joined Aqua New Jersey in 2005. Prior to his appointment, Hildabrant served as the company’s operations manager.

“John has a great combination of qualifications that will serve him well as he leads our New Jersey operations,” Rick Fox, Aqua America chief operations officer, said in a prepared statement. “He has extensive experience in both water and wastewater operations and equally important, he has developed strong relationships with our New Jersey employees, having worked with them for more than a decade, earning their respect and trust. This combination is going to make him a great leader for our New Jersey operations.”
