Arbinet-thexchange in New Brunswick appointed John Wynne Jr. as CFO, effective immediately.Arbinet-thexchange (Nasdaq: ARBX) in New Brunswick appointed John Wynne Jr. as CFO, effective immediately. Wynne has served as the companyÂs vice president of finance since July. Wynne previously served as a partner at the New York-based consulting firm Tatum; CEO and CFO of The PromptCare Cos.; and vice president and CFO of Allied International Healthcare. Arbinet created and operates an electronic marketplace for communications trading. Shares of ARBX rose 9 cents to $5.19 this morning.
