Montclair-based Arctic Glacier, LLC, said Thursday it acquired two Bedford, IN companies, Cosner Ice Company Inc. and Cosner Transportation LLC.
Arctic, said that Cosner has built a fantastic reputation for providing a premium quality product along with superior customer service. The acquisition of Cosner strengthens Arctic’s presence in the Midwest and offers it the ability to partner with some of the best companies and management in the industry.
The transaction represents the 8th acquisition for Arctic Glacier in 2019 and 21st acquisition in the last three years. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
