Vaccinated patients within Atlantic Health System can now store their vaccination card on CLEAR, a secure identity platform that houses individuals’ personal information and links it to biometric data.
AHS patients can store their vaccine card within the app’s Health Pass section. According to the health system, AHS is the first to partner with CLEAR to allow patients to share their vaccination records.
“Atlantic Health System has worked tirelessly to keep our community safe and healthy during this time. We are proud to join forces with Atlantic Health and provide Health Pass for their patients – helping get them back to what they love and miss,” said CLEAR Chief Executive Officer Caryn Seidman-Becker in a prepared statement.
Users can download the free CLEAR app, open the blue digital vaccine card feature, and then verify their identity by uploading an identifying document and snapping a quick selfie.
Users can then search for Atlantic Health System from CLEAR’s list of providers and they can link their account by logging into their Atlantic Health patient portal through the app.

After that, users can share their verified proof of vaccination anywhere and anytime they would like.
“The safe and reliable COVID-19 vaccines we have available are beginning to show us a glimpse of the finish line in our journey,” said Brian Gragnolati, president and CEO of Atlantic Health System, in a prepared statement. “Having administered more than half a million doses of vaccines to our patients and team members, Atlantic Health System is proud to partner with CLEAR so that together we can provide easier access to the enjoyable and memorable experiences we have put on hold for so long.”
