Middlesex Water Company, a provider of water and wastewater services, said Oct. 9 that its Tidewater Utilities subsidiary received approval from the Delaware Public Service Commission to acquire the Wilkerson Water Co. and the Broadkiln Beach Water Co. of Delaware from J.H.
