Robert Baker has joined boutique Roseland law firm A.Y. Strauss as partner.
He comes to the firm from the Princeton office of Hill Wallack LLP, where he was a member in the real estate, creditors’ rights/bankruptcy and corporate law practice groups.

Baker focuses his practice on the purchase, sale, financing, leasing, and development of commercial property. His clients include businesses, mortgage investors and servicers, and private equity firms with diversified real estate and loan portfolio holdings. In connection with negotiating retail and office leases, he also represents landlords and tenants.
