Joe’s Bagel & Grill is coming to Wall Towne Center in Manasquan, Levin Management Corp. said Tuesday.
LMC Leasing Representative Kendal Hand-Freda arranged the 1,900-square-foot commitment; Todd Katz of RE/MAX Synergy served as tenant broker in the transaction.

Located on Route 34, Wall Towne Center is anchored by a 71,000-square-foot ShopRite supermarket.
The property also includes Pet Valu, Ocean First Bank, Cherry Blow Dry Bar, Great Clips, AT&T Wireless and Wine King. Wall Towne Center serves a residential population of 130,000 people within a 5-mile radius. More than 34,000 vehicles pass the property each day.
Joe’s Bagel & Grill has eight locations throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties. Its menu includes breakfast and lunch sandwiches, muffins, burgers and cheesesteak, pancakes, waffles, French toast, omelets and more, along with a selection of coffees and smoothies. The restaurants also offer catering services.
