Bell Works’ flex workspace Campus celebrates groundbreaking (slideshow)

Somerset Development celebrated the groundbreaking for Campus. its flexible workspace coming to Bell Works New Jersey on Nov. 19.

Announced over the summer, Campus is slated to occupy 72,000 square feet at the Holmdel “metroburb,” catering to medium-sized companies looking for flexible-termed leasing options as teams return to the office following the transition to remote work caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Campus’ workspaces will be fully furnished and wired with small and large footprints available, depending upon employers’ needs and growth plans.
