Mergers and acquisitions brokerage firm Benjamin Ross Group said Aug. 10 it sold Bergen County-based landscaping company Wood Landscapes & Horticulture Service Group to two private investors also based in Bergen County.

Wood Landscapes & Horticulture Service Group has been a full-service landscaping company servicing high-end residential customers since it was established in 1974. Services include lawn and garden maintenance, decoration, landscaping design, planting, and garden clearance.

According to a Benjamin Ross Group representative, the investors purchased the company to run it themselves and will keep the company under the same name.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
