Bergen County’s Content Party Rental sold to private investor

Benjamin Ross Group announced it recently brokered the sale of Bergen County-based Content Party Rentals to a private investor.

Established in 1986, Content Party Rentals specializes in tented events and party rentals throughout northern New Jersey. Located in East Rutherford, the business offers tent and party rental packages for all occasions, such as major social events, large corporate events, wedding receptions, street fairs, festivals and private parties.

Benjamin Ross Group, which has a New Jersey office in Princeton, represented Content Party Rentals on multiple levels, from a valuation of the company to identifying a qualifying buyer to securing Small Business Administration financing for the transaction.
