Bethel Baptist Church Center in Cherry Hill sold to Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey

Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) announced Monday the sale of Bethel Baptist Curch’s Shining Lights Early Learning Center in Cherry Hill to The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey.According to the announcement, the property, located at 1721 Springdale Road, is a 21,325-square-foot school building situated on 18 acres.

Leor Hemo, executive vice president of WCRE, represented the seller, and the firm’s director of business development, Scott Seligman, represented the buyer.  Financial terms were not disclosed.

The Bethel Baptist Church plans to use the proceeds from the sale to help fund the construction of a new daycare facility and an 8,000-square-foot multipurpose expansion to the church on its property across Springdale Road, the announcement said.  Big Sky Enterprises LLC will build both.
