Lawrenceville-based business-to-business order-to-cash solutions company Billtrust said Friday it appointed Mark Shifke chief financial officer.
Shifke brings more than 35 years of financial and legal experience to the position. He joins the fintech firm as the A/R software solutions innovator after a year where the company set records for revenue and new customer acquisition.
Billtrust said it finished 2019 with a customer base representing more than $1 trillion worth of annual payment volume.
Shifke will report to founder and Chief Executive Officer Flint Lane.

Shifke was most recently CFO of Green Dot also holding general manager, government programs and vice president, Special Projects positions at the fintech firm.
He received his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Tulane Law School, and a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University.
