Bind-Rite renews more than 120,000 sq. ft. of South Hackensack warehouse space

The company renewed its lease at the South Hackensack warehouse with the property owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. The transaction was negotiated in-house by the owner. Bind-Rite has occupied space at the 16-20 Horizon Blvd. building for 25 years, Bind-Rite President Elliot Ward said in a release.
