Rumble Boxing, a boutique fitness concept that combines boxing and resistance training, opened its newest studio in New Jersey.
Located at 320 Market St. in Montvale, the gym offers a 45-minute, 10-round strength and conditioning workout designed for all levels. Set to custom hip-hop and dance tracks, the high-energy classes are led by seasoned trainers who want to help participants improve their stamina and strength in a fun way.
To celebrate its May 8 grand opening, the local studio is offering membership specials, as well as a buy one, get one free class for first timers.
Jasmine Kim, the new location’s franchisee, said, “I always tell my team that this studio will be a community where people can come together to work out and take care of themselves – mentally, physically and emotionally.”
“We want Rumble Montvale to re-energize you and get you back to what you were doing at full force,” she added.
Launched six years ago in New York City, the concept has drawn pro and amateur fighters of all ages, as well as attracted several celebrity fans to glove up, such as musician Justin Bieber, soccer player David Beckham, actor Kevin Hart and actress-musician Selena Gomez.
After being acquired in 2021 by Xponential, a global franchise group of fitness brands whose portfolio includes StretchLab, Row House, Pure Barre, CycleBar and YogaSix, Rumble Boxing launched its franchise opportunity.
The chain has grown to nearly 50 locations in over 20 states and has more than 30 additional studios planned, according to its website.
Within New Jersey, Rumble Boxing can be found in Hoboken, Englewood, Livingston and Shrewsbury and, soon, Westfield.
