Paramus-based Town Title Agency recently announced the appointment of Greg Braca as a special advisor.
Braca is a former president and CEO of TD Bank. He is also a part of the Norcross Braca Group, an activist investor group in the midst of a proxy fight with the Republic First Bank board of directors, which NJBIZ has extensively covered.
Town Title says Braca’s appointment underscores its dedication to serving clients with unrivaled expertise and signals a bold step in the company’s strategic growth trajectory. The agency, a leading provider of commercial and residential title insurance and settlement services, points to Braca’s proven leadership and extensive experience in the banking sector, which Town Title believes will help enhance its offerings, strategic direction and business development activities.
“We are both honored and privileged to welcome Greg to our team,” Christopher Rotio, executive vice president of Town Title Agency, said in a press release. “The depth of knowledge and relationships he brings to Town Title is unparalleled in our industry. Not only will his influence elevate us internally, but it will also provide our clients with an invaluable resource. His addition signifies an exciting new chapter in our company’s evolution.”
“I’m excited about the opportunity to work with the team at Town Title,” said Braca. “I feel we align on many things, and I’m looking forward to leveraging my experience to advise them into our future and help grow their already successful business nationally.”
