Keith Roberts and Rosaria Suriano have been named co-chairs of Brach Eichler LLC’s litigation practice.
Roberts is a civil trial attorney certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court and has been at Roseland firm for eight years. According to the firm, he is often consulted by healthcare professionals for his insight concerning regulatory issues, practice structures, insurance audits, and compliance; and sought after to address complex litigation involving insurance fraud, RICO, False Claims Act, and disciplinary proceedings before state licensing boards.

He is also known as an expert in No Fault Insurance and reimbursement litigation, where he often represents medical providers against insurance carriers in coding and fraud disputes.
Suriano has nearly three decades of trial and appellate court experience in state and federal courts.
Suriano has over 29 years of trial and appellate court experience in both state and federal courts across the country. She handles claims between members of limited liability companies, partnership/shareholder disputes, theft and misappropriation of trade secrets and proprietary information, restrictive covenant litigation, domain name disputes, theft of computer data, and other claims in complex contract and business matters.
She also has experience in construction litigation, including delay claims, non-payment claims, and performance claims for owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. Suriano has been at Brach Eichler since April 2016.
