Bressler, Amery & Ross PC has promoted Evan Yablonsky to principal in the firm’s Florham Park office.Bressler, Amery & Ross PC has promoted Evan Yablonsky to principal in the firm’s Florham Park office.

The law firm announced the promotion Monday, along with those of David Buffa, based in Bressler’s New York office, and Joelle Simms, in the Fort Lauderdale office, both to principal as well.

Yablonsky joined Bressler in 2014. His practice focuses on commercial and insurance litigation. According to the firm, he has more than 10 years’ experience in litigation and has overseen cases in both federal and state courts. Prior to joining the firm he served as an assistant public defender in New Jersey.

All promotions went into effect Jan. 1.
