Four attorneys at Bressler, Amery & Ross PC in Florham Park have been promoted to principal.
The promotions of Andy Egan, Lauren Fenton-Valdivia, Katie Gannon, and Gerd Stabbert are effective Jan. 1, 2020.
Egan joined the firm’s commercial litigation and private clients practice groups in 2016. He focuses his practice on emotionally-charged trust and guardianship litigation. Fenton-Valdivia has been with the firm’s business and commercial litigation group since 2014, and her practice includes complex litigation including commercial disputes, employment litigation, professional liability and environmental matters.
Gannon, who has been a member of the firm’s environmental law practice since 2014, advises clients on environmental law and state and federal environmental litigation matters, focusing on representing clients in resolving liability at complex Superfund sites.
Stabbert joined Bressler’s commercial litigation and franchise law group in 2007. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, primarily on franchising matters and the defense or prosecution of contract disputes, consumer fraud claims, business torts, commercial real estate matters, non-compete disputes, environmental claims and intellectual property issues. His clients include businesses in various industries such as automobile, mortgage banking, commercial real estate, and food service.
Managing Principal Frank Cuccio credits the large showing of women in the new group of principals to the firm’s women’s initiatives committee and diversity and inclusion committee.
