Bridgewater cloud solutions company buys Indiana firm

A Bridgewater-based cloud solutions company has purchased an Indiana-based cloud policy lifestyle management solutions, it announced Saturday.IContracts said it acquired PolicyStat LLC to create a distinctive company that intends to help companies manage their most critical elements: revenue and contract management, as well as compliance, across the business spectrum.
