Hanson recently announced it has negotiated a lease to relocate Brooklyn-based property management firm Halt Management to Englewood Cliffs.
NAI Hanson’s Randy Horning, Darren Lizzack and Michael Guerra represented the landlord at the property located at 720 Palisades Ave., Bedrock Realty Holdings, in the leasing of 1,440 square feet of office space to the management firm.
“The relocation of companies from Brooklyn to New Jersey is a trend that shows no sign of abating as the prices for quality office space continue to rise in the outer boroughs of New York City,” Horning said. “Our market knowledge and experience with relocating companies allowed us to help Halt Management find a space that allowed them to devote more of their profits to growing their business and less on rent.”
The property is managed by NAI Hanson Management and has direct access to the Palisades Interstate Parkway, George Washington Bridge and Routes 1, 4, 9 and 46, Interstate 80 and 95. NAI Hanson said Halt sought office space that provided them close proximity to New York and access to the markets west of the Hudson.
NAI Hanson’s Property Management Group manages a 6.5 million-square-foot portfolio throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New York State.
