NAI Hanson announced it negotiated at lease for 881 square feet of office space in Englewood Cliffs for Behavior Supports Associates, with Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning representing both the tenant and the landlord, Bedrock Realty Holdings LLC.

Situated directly across from Exit 2 on the Palisades Interstate Parkway at the corner of Sylvan and East Palisades avenues, 720 E. Palisades Ave. offers strong visibility and increased accessibility for the new tenant. Major roadways and access points are nearby, including the George Washington Bridge; Routes 1, 4, 9, 46, 80 and 95; and Englewood’s downtown area.
In addition, NAI Hanson said the property offers a well-maintained location, including a marble lobby, 76 private parking spaces and 24/7 key card access.
Last summer, Team Lizzack-Horning negotiated a lease to bring a dentistry practice to the same property.
