Kristina Brown has joined Summit-based law firm Brown Moskowitz & Kallen, P.C. as senior counsel in its business, finance, and technology group.
Brown’s two decades of experience includes negotiating mergers, acquisition and disposition transactions to advising on corporate and commercial transactions, including customer and vendor agreements, distribution and licensing agreements and credit facilities.

Kristina Brown served for two years general counsel and vice president of human resources at Warren-based Anadigics, a publicly held semiconductor solutions provider. She led the sale of the company to II-VI Incorporated, an engineered materials and optoelectronic components company also based in Warren, and spent nearly three more years as corporate counsel of the acquiring company.
Prior to that, she spent more than 10 years in private practice at various New Jersey law firms.
