WATER-JEL Technologies has renewed its lease in Carlstadt, according to Colliers International Group Inc.The burn-care product manufacturer will maintain its 109,410-square-foot headquarters and production facility at 50 Broad St., which is a Prologis owned industrial property.
Colliers’ John Donnelly, based at the commercial real estate services firm’s Parsippany office, represented WATER-JEL in its initial lease at the property in 2011 as well as its renewal.
“50 Broad St. continues as an ideal location for WATER-JEL Technologies,” Donnelly said. “The company has extensive in-place infrastructure that accommodates its sophisticated, FDA-regulated manufacturing operation. Additionally, Prologis has been highly responsive to WATER-JEL’s evolving needs, and the two organizations have a great working relationship. Prologis’ Paul Rosen and Jason Tenenbaum were an integral part of a seamless lease renewal process.”
Financial terms were not disclosed.
