Business and commercial litigator Loren Pierce has joined Bressler Amery & Ross PC as principal in the firm’s Florham Park office.
Her practice is also focused on insurance coverage, health care and employment litigation.
Over her three-decade career, Pierce has handled litigation involving disputed international matters; and as the lead attorney on multi-million dollar litigations, she has handled cases in the federal and state courts, tried multiple cases, and argued cases before the appellate courts.
In addition to counseling clients on corporate and commercial matters, she advises not-for-profit entities in all aspects of their business operations and represents them in litigation.
Prior to joining Bressler, according to her LinkedIn, Pierce spent nearly 33 years at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter LLP in Morristown. She served as a practice group manager for the litigation and insurance services practice group at the firm and was co-founder of the firm’s Women’s Initiative.
“As a long-time leader of an excellent litigation practice, Loren brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our growing team. We are confident Loren’s broad experience will help us to continue to diversify and expand upon the top-tier litigation services we provide to our clients,” said Michael Hensley, Bressler’s co-head of the business and commercial litigation group in a prepared statement.
Pierce serves on the executive board of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association and was previously president, president-elect, and chief financial officer.
