Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday that it brokered a lease for 100,000 square feet of industrial space at a facility in Pennsylvania.Poly Cube Company, a plastics manufacturer, will take the space at 30 Runway Drive in Levittown, a property owned by Frank Greek Development, Bussel said in a news release. The 201,600-square-foot property sits on 12 acres near major highways including Interstate 276, Interstate 295 and Route 13.
“The Class A space and strategic location of the property in Levittown made perfect sense for Poly Cube’s plastic manufacturing business operations,” Steve Bussel, president of Bussel Realty Corp., said in the release. “We were happy to assist with helping the company locate a facility which will best serve the needs of its customers in the region.”
He represented the tenant and brokered the transaction.
