An 8,000-square-foot industrial building in Sayreville sold for $2.8 million.
On Dec. 6, Edison-based Bussel Realty Corp. announced Senior Vice President Jordan Metz and Sales Associate Eric Koons represented seller SJSA Associates in the sale to ECM Trailer.
The buyer was represented by Commercial Realty Partners, BRC said.
444 Hartle St. is less than 3 miles from the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, and Routes 9 and 18. It has 20-foot to 26-foot ceilings, four drive-in doors, 2,000 square feet of office space, 800 amps of power and a fenced and gated lot.
“Taking advantage of a robust market and wanting to scale down their current operations led SJSA Associates to finalize a disposition with ECM Trailer Repair,” Koons said. “The 8,000-square-foot repair facility set on 2.6 acres in Sayreville, New Jersey, gives ECM proximity to their largest clients, invaluable access to major roadways, and the ability to continue growing and expanding their business well into the future.”
ECM Trailer offers trailer services, and has a fleet of service trucks for mobile repairs.
As the state’s industrial market continues to see demand, the industrial real estate services firm has announced a number of leases and sales in the past few months, including a Linden property that fetched $1.68 million.
