Bussel handles sale of Westfield industrial property

Bussel Realty Corp. said Dec. 20 that it brokered the sale of 608-612 North Avenue in Westfield, a 36,000-square-foot industrial property.
David Blitt, senior vice president at BRC, represented the buyer — Redcom Design & Construction — and the seller — WLL Realty — in the deal. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The property offers heavy power, tailgate and drive-in doors for loading, 31 parking spaces and a 6,000-square-foot second floor. It is situated on more than an acre, minutes from Route 28, the Garden State Parkway, downtown Westfield and the Westfield NJ Transit Train Station.
Redcom Design & Construction is a full-service architectural design, engineering and general contracting firm.
Over the last four months, Bussel has handled industrial transactions in Sayreville, Piscataway, Somerset, and Linden. In all, BRC said it is handling more than 3 million square feet of corporate and industrial real estate around New Jersey.
