Bussel Realty Corp. brokers sale of North Plainfield retail center for $2.5M

934 Route 22, North Plainfield. – BUSSEL REALTY CORP.

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), said Sept. 22 it sold 934 Route 22 in North Plainfield for $2.5 million .

BRC President Steve Bussel represented the seller, 934 Route 22 LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, Truong Realty LLC, was represented by Zimmel Associates.

934 Route 22 is a 20,000-square-foot retail center located directly off Route 22. The two-story freestanding retail property offers excellent visibility, with 90,000-plus cars passing the location daily.
