Bussel Realty Corp renews 53,500 SF industrial lease in Millburn

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) said Jan. 25 it renewed the lease of Kalustyan Corp. at 70 East Willow Street in Millburn. The company will continue to occupy the entire 53,500-square-foot industrial property.

Steve Bussel, president, and David Blitt, senior vice president, of BRC, represented the owner, Binyan Realty, in the transaction.

70 East Willow Street is a 53,500-square-foot industrial property with exposure on Interstate 78, and in close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Route 24. It is also minutes to Newark Liberty Airport and Port Newark/Elizabeth. The property features 16-foot clear ceiling heights, 4,000-square-foot offices, ten tailboards, heavy power, and is situated on 2.3 acres.
