Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), said March 16 it subleased 49,464 square feet at 8 Corporate Place in Piscataway to Smart Pony Inc.
David Blitt, senior vice president, and Eli Harari, sales associate, of BRC, represented the sublessor, All Seasons Foods Inc, in the transaction. The sublessee, Smart Pony Inc., was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
8 Corporate Place in Piscataway is a 143,000-square-foot industrial building located near Interstate 287 with access to the New Jersey Turnpike at Exit 10. The property features 24-foot ceiling heights, wet sprinklers, 14 loading docks, one drive-in door, 3,200 amps of electric power, 300 parking spaces and sits on 8.40 acres.
