Bussel Realty leases Piscataway industrial property

Bussel Realty Corp. said Nov. 29 that it had leased all of 250 Circle Dr. North in Piscataway, a 59,572-square-foot industrial property.

David Blitt, a BRC senior vice president, and Eli Harari, sales associate at the firm, represented the owner, Dream On Me, in the deal. The tenant, Big Bear Trucking, was represented by Real Mart Realty.

The property at 250 Circle Drive North is located near I-287 and the New Jersey Turnpike. The building features 24-foot high ceilings, seven loading docks, two drive-in doors, three rail doors, 1,800 square feet of office space, 1,600 amps of electric power and 26 trailer drops.

Dream On Me was established in 1988 with one retail store. Since then, the company has grown to become of the largest and baby care brands in the country. Dream On Me provides families with a range of products that meet every requirement as a new parent and is a complete baby care solution.

Currently, Bussel Realty is handling more than three million square feet of corporate and industrial real estate across the state. The firm’s clients have included several of the largest Fortune 500 Companies, as well as numerous manufacturing, distribution, retail and services companies both nationally and locally.

Earlier in November, the firm handled the lease of 5,000 square feet of space in Somerset and sold a 13,000-square-foot industrial property in Linden.
