Bussel secures 5,000 square feet in Somerset

Industrial real estate services firm Bussel Realty Corp. signed a tenant for space a 65,000-square-foot property in Somerset.
On Nov. 22, Bussel said it leased 5,000 square feet to A3K Imports at 645 Howard Ave. in Somerset with Industrial Specialist Steve Jaynes and Vice President Anthony Mircovich representing the tenant.
Sale Logistics LLC, the landlord, was represented in-house.
The new space will provide temporary overflow for A3K’s business operations, according to Jaynes.
“The property’s location and features were ideal for servicing their clientele in the tri-state markets,” he said.
645 Howard Ave. boasts accessibility to Interstate 287 and the New Jersey Turnpike. It features 17-foot ceiling heights, wet sprinklers, 200 amps of electric power, tailboard and drive-in loading and parking, according to Bussel.
Earlier this month, the firm announced the sale of a property in Linden for $1.68 million.
