National labor and employment firm Fisher Phillips has named New Jersey partner Kathleen Caminiti co-chair of the firm’s national wage and hour practice.
She co-chairs the practice with J. Hagood Tighe, a partner in the firm’s Columbia, S.C. office. Their appointments were two of several announced this month by the firm.
Caminiti, who also co-chairs the firm’s pay equity practice, has extensive experience handling all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including individual plaintiff discrimination claims and numerous class and collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage laws.
Earlier this year, New Jersey office managing partner Rosemary Gousman was named co-chair of the firm’s financial services industry team.
