Cancer Genetics Inc. announces IPO pricing

Rutherford-based Cancer Genetics Inc., a diagnostics company focused on oncology tests and services, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 600,000 shares of its common stock at $10 per share.The gross proceeds to Cancer Genetics from the initial public offering are expected to be $6 million. The offering is expected to close April 10, subject to customary closing conditions, the company announced.
