Hillyer
Chad Hillyer, formerly of JLL, has joined the CBRE team as executive vice president of industrial services.
CBRE announced Hillyer’s addition on March 28. In his new role, he will represent landlords and occupiers across New Jersey and the northeastern regional market.
Describing Hillyer as an industry veteran, Senior Managing Director of CBRE New Jersey operations Jeffrey Hipschman celebrated the addition. “Chad has an unsurpassed reputation in the industry as a trusted advisor and will be an instrumental part of our industrial practice as we continue to provide exceptional outcomes for our clients,” he said in a statement.
Over his decade-long career, Hillyer has completed sales totaling more than 25 million square feet and lease transactions for clients such as LINK Industrial, The Hampshire Cos., Bridge Industrial, TRANE Technologies, Philips and David’s Cookies, CBRE said.
At JLL, Hillyer served as senior managing director. He began his career with the New Jersey industrial group at Colliers/Cassidy Turley.
