CBRE announced a new addition to its Garden State industrial and logistics team Sept. 29, naming Brian Golden executive vice president.
Golden specializes in institutional landlord and tenant representation and will represent a range of clients in developing and implementing their real estate strategies in the Northeast, the firm said.
He comes to the position from JLL, where he was most recently an executive managing director for clients in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Before that he was a senior leasing manager in New Jersey for Prologis, according to CBRE, overseeing more than 20 million square feet of industrial and warehouse space.
“Brian’s addition to our industrial and logistics advisory team further enhances our ability to deliver superior outcomes to our clients throughout the Northeast region,” CBRE Senior Managing Director Jeffrey Hipschman said in a statement. “He is a trusted advisor to many institutional owners and occupiers, with a long track record of delivering outstanding results.”
CBRE New York Tri-State President Matt Van Buren said that Golden’s experience allows him to “provide unmatched expertise to clients.”
Golden is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is an active participant with NAIOP. In his home community of Shrewsbury, CBRE said he coaches children in various sports in addition to volunteering as treasurer of the township’s recreation committee.
