Following its recently completed renovation of 1776 On The Green in Morristown, CBRE said on Jan. 6 that Vision Real Estate Partners tapped it to serve as the exclusive leasing agent for the 146,000-square-foot Class A office property at 67 East Park Place in Morris County.
The CBRE team of Jon Williams and Mike Nieliwodski will spearhead the leasing campaign on behalf of the owner.
“The recently completed renovations at 1776 On The Green, including a new lobby, rooftop deck and enhanced amenity spaces, have created a modern aesthetic and a distinct office experience for tenants, their employees and guests,” said Senior Vice President Jon Williams, who led two previous successful leasing assignments for Vision Real Estate Partners.
Williams also noted that ownership’s recent addition of David Burke’s latest concept restaurant called 1776 and a Top Golf Swing Suite make 1776 On the Green a true destination – a key component in a post-COVID-19 world.
“What we offer at 1776 On The Green is an institutional-quality asset in an unrivaled downtown suburban setting. The enhanced tenant experience by way of immediate Morristown Green presence and access to shops and dining is a proven combination for success. We look forward to another successful experience with CBRE,” said Sam Morreale, Vision Real Estate Partners co-founder and managing partner.
Several availabilities remain at 1776 On The Green, including a unique first-floor opportunity with the potential for signage and a dedicated entrance to the renovated Pioneer Park.
Other noteworthy options include a full floor availability on the seventh floor, and two 6,000-square-foot options on the third floor, with direct access to the new amenity lounge and rooftop deck overlooking the historic Morristown Green.
Located in the heart of downtown Morristown’s live/work/play Central Business District, 1776 On The Green provides immediate access to restaurants, shopping and residential life. The property is a short walk to the Morristown train station, providing direct access to Midtown Manhattan.
Currently, the property is 73% occupied by an array of tenants including Wells Fargo, Becker & Poliakoff, and Benjamin F. Edwards & Co., among others.
