3 Giralda Farms, Madison. – CBRE
CBRE said Jan. 26 it was appointed the exclusive leasing agent at 3 Giralda Farms, a vacant, 141,000-square-foot Class A office building in Madison slated for a complete overhaul and modernization.
The purchase is a joint venture ownership between Pentaurus and Lord Fisher Capital, private real estate investment and management companies with a combined ownership of over $220 million in real estate assets and a 30-year track record of repositioning properties. The building will undergo a multi-million dollar capital improvement campaign that will include a new lobby, gym, café with an adjacent outdoor patio, additional parking, and outdoor amenities including walking trails, seating and a recreational activities area.
A CBRE team comprised of Ronald Volk, Jonathan Meisel, Jon Williams, Peter Shikar and Mike Neiliwodski will spearhead the leasing campaign on behalf of ownership. The entire building is available for lease, divisible to 10,000 square feet.
